About the Company

Elsewhere is the culmination of Colby and Aria's skills, many years of hard work, and over a decade of wedding videography. They believe in expression through minds and bodies, working in the arts with digital video and music creation, and grounding themselves with honest days under the sun doing beekeeping, maple tapping and homesteading (and the occasional foray in long distance thru hiking!)

Since 2010 Colby has been working in the film and production business. With hundreds of weddings under his belt, he's been able to craft his art in cinematography and editing. Aria joined him as his partner in life, and more recently, work, having been trained by him as the ever important 2nd shooter at weddings. Together they live in their off-grid tiny homestead in Southern Vermont.

In the past two years they have adopted two cats, built a (tiny) barn, started up a band that performs around Brattleboro, continued to grow Elsewhere Wedding Films, and Aria has taken on nursing school to pursue a career as an RN!
